Win with your actions, not arguments
Any momentary triumph you may have achieved by arguing is, in fact, a Pyrrhic victory: the resentment and ill will you arouse are stronger and more lasting than any temporary change of opinion. It is much more effective to have others agree with you through your actions, without saying a word. Demonstrate, don't explain.
